We respect user privacy on our website ("Site"). This privacy statement is designed to provide information about the privacy and data collection practices for our Site.

Identifying Information. 
In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or providing any information about yourself. In some areas of the Site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to support our relationship with you, such as to process an order, offer services, or follow up with you.  In these instances, we will ask for your name, address, zip code, e-mail address, phone number or other appropriate information needed to provide you with these services.

Creating An Online Account. 
If you choose, you can create an account, where you will provide certain personal information. This will streamline your ordering process and you will be able to view your purchasing history. To protect your privacy, the Site includes certain steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make corrections in an account. You will always have access to this account information and can view it, update it or correct it at any time. To access your information, you will need to use a password.  The order form will also ask you to provide a daytime telephone number. A telephone number is requested so we can quickly resolve questions relative to an order, such as to clarify customer orders or to notify a customer of a backorder status.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information. 
If you choose to give us personal information for any of the purposes above, this information is retained by us and is used only to support your customer relationship with us. For example, we may send you an announcement of special offers, and other new products and services from us. Except for third parties acting on our behalf for some services, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent unless we believe we are obligated to provide it under law such as in response to a request from law enforcement officials.

We do not share, rent, or sell any personally identifying information provided through the Site (such as your name or email address) to any outside organization for use in its marketing or solicitations.  From time to time we may use third party agents or contractors who will have access to your personal information to perform services (such as a database management service) but only in accordance with this stated privacy policy.

Although we cannot guarantee against loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or destruction of data, we use commercially reasonable security measures to protect you from such occurrences. If necessary in accordance with the law, we will disclose to you any known or reasonably suspected breach in security involving your personally identifiable information.

This privacy policy is intended to comply with applicable United States laws and regulations.  If you are not a resident of the United States, please note that our information gathering practices may not be compliant with your own country's laws and regulations, and you should not share your personally identifiable information with us unless you are willing and able to be subject to United States laws concerning such disclosures.

Opting Out.  
If you do not want to receive any information about products or services, you can easily opt out by going into your account and changing your preferences. You will also be able to respond to any e-mail you receive from us by replying to the "unsubscribe" information included with each mailing. You can also advise us by letter to the address below at any time.

Cookies and Click-Stream Data. 
The Site uses cookies and click-stream technology as described in this section to better understand user traffic and the user experience.

A cookie may contain information (such as a unique ID), that is used to track the pages of the sites you have visited. We use cookies in order to improve your shopping experience. In either case, this information helps us serve you better by improving our site design, as well as our products, services, and promotions.

We also collect aggregated visit and order information to track and analyze overall shopping trends, which allows us to improve product offerings and services to our customers.  We will also collect click-stream data, which is information that describes the page-by-page paths users take as they browse through our Site.
