Hours & Location: We are located at 3401 W. Division, Chicago, IL 60651.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, Central Standard Time.  Orders can be placed online 24/7. 

     Christmas & New Year Holiday Schedule:  Closed Dec. 24, 2009 through Jan. 1, 2010.

Wholesale / Business Accounts: If you would like to open a wholesale or business account, please apply online.

Minimum Orders: For business accounts, we require a minimum order of $75, not including taxes and shipping. Please apply online to open an account to access your prices securely online. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Open accounts (Net 30) are available upon credit approval. Sunstarr® Apparel is a division of Choi Brothers, Inc. (CBI) – payments are made directly to CBI.

Returns: New merchandise in its original packaging may be returned for the following credit: (1) full credit within 15 days of invoice date; (2) credit minus 10% restocking fee for items returned 16-30 days from invoice date. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned. All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us for a return authorization number.

Send returned items to Sunstarr/CBI Attn: Returns, 3401 W. Division St., Chicago, IL 60651. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, please insure the package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Warranty: Our products are warranted for material defects in materials and construction. We will repair or replace items that are unused and found to be defective, within 30 days of the purchase. No claims are accepted after 30 days. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt, so that we can take care of any issues promptly. Other than the foregoing exception, we make no express warranties. The Implied Warranties of Merchantability and Fitness are excluded and disclaimed.

Sales Taxes: Illinois residents, add 9.25% sales tax. If tax exempt, please provide proper documentation.

Delivery: In stock items usually ship in 1 to 2 days. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for printed or embroidered items.

Shipping Method: Shipments are made via UPS. UPS Ground service takes between 2 to 6 days depending on your location. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Express are also available. Pickups are by appointment only.
