Hours & Location: We are located at 3401 W. Division, Chicago, IL 60651.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, Central Standard Time.  Orders can be placed online 24/7. 

Wholesale / Business Accounts: If you would like to open a wholesale or business account, please apply online.

Minimum Orders: For business accounts, we require a minimum order of $75, not including taxes and shipping.  Order amounts below $75.00 will incur a $10.00 handling charge.  Please apply online to open an account to access your prices securely online. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Open accounts (Net 30) are available upon credit approval. Sunstarr® Apparel is a division of Choi Brothers, Inc. (CBI) – payments are made directly to CBI.

Returns:  

• Most new and unopened items can be returned for exchange or credit (not including shipping and handling charges) within 14 days of the invoice date. If merchandise is returned within 15-30 days from the invoice date, a 20% restocking charge applies.  No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.   

• No returns allowed on custom items; personalized items; discontinued items; worn, washed, soiled or altered merchandise, etc.  Credit or replacement is dependent on CBI's inspection.      

• All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Contact us for a return authorization number (RA#).

• A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. 

• Items should be returned in their original packaging and must be properly packed and insured. We will not assume liability for merchandise damaged or lost during transit.  We do not accept COD packages.  All return shipping fees must be prepaid and sent to:   

Warranty: Our products are warranted for material defects in materials and construction. We will repair or replace items that are unused and found to be defective, within 30 days of the purchase. No claims are accepted after 30 days. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt, so that we can take care of any issues promptly. Other than the foregoing exception, we make no express warranties. The Implied Warranties of Merchantability and Fitness are excluded and disclaimed.

Sales Taxes: Illinois residents, add 9.75% sales tax. If tax exempt, please provide proper documentation.

Delivery: In stock items usually ship in 1 to 2 days. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for printed or embroidered items.

Shipping Method: Shipments are made via UPS. UPS Ground service takes between 2 to 6 days depending on your location. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Express are also available. Pickups are by appointment only.
